Ifeanyi Enukorah
Ifeanyi Enukorah is an Instructional Design Expert, a British Council certified Master Trainer and a Nesta Associate for the Creative Enterprise Programme. He has been presenting and facilitating customized interactive workshops since 2005 to audiences in Nigeria, Ghana, UK, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, and Sudan.
Ifeanyi is a highly experienced learning and leadership, organisational development, and education consultant with a comprehensive understanding of leadership and policy issues in Africa. He has more than 10 years of experience in change management, curriculum mapping, soft skills, and leadership training. He is experienced in conducting and assessing learning and developmental needs at organisational, operational, and individual levels, designing suitable programmes and training materials to address identified needs.
He holds a Master Degree in Industrial and Labour Relations, a Master Degree in Personnel Management and currently studying for his PhD.
Ifeanyi is experienced in course content design and online or in-person delivery and the use of e-learning course authoring tools, coaching and mentorship programmes. He has sectorial experience in working with policymakers at both state and federal levels through direct interactions, developmental workshops, and advocacy. He has successfully navigated multicultural environments both as an employee and as a Consultant to several organisations.
Ifeanyi has trained, coached, and mentored over 2000 school leaders, education policymakers in the last 11 years on behalf of the British Council. He has also trained more than 2000 Teachers, 1500 School Leaders, and 750 Policy Makers on Inclusive Pedagogies, Gender Equality, and Inclusion with special emphasis on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Marginalised Children.
Ifeanyi has worked with and trained over 150 Lagos State Ministry of Education Directors to identify critical need areas for school leadership development in Lagos state (on behalf of the British Council), including training over 350 School Principals and Education District Heads on identified critical areas for school leadership. He also worked with the Lagos State Ministry of Education to train over 150 directors on how to embed the Core Skills in their curriculum. The Core Skills have now been embedded in the curriculum. He has participated in Policy engagement in Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa.
Ifeanyi, on behalf of the ILO and IOM, has trained and currently mentoring over 300 Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment on Employability Skills for Migrants.
Ifeanyi is one of the Lead Facilitators for a new generation Bank at their School of Banking Excellence. The school caters to Entry Level Trainees.
