Johnson Oluwasuji (FCIPM), has over three decades experience in designing and delivering top quality learning and development courses as well as undertaking consulting services in different parts of the world for high profile organizations. Johnson is an Author, with his latest book (335 pages) titled “A Compendium of Learning Management Systems and Facilitation”. Published 2022. He is the Managing Partner/CEO of Customer Oriented Management Services Limited (COMSL) – a global service model that adapts to local needs and a multi-discipline client / service-oriented company with range of capability in capacity development, learning and training; policy, enterprise, economic, educational, development, leadership, management, governance and evaluation studies. His multi-layered professional experiences, have been garnered from Management Development Institutions, International Development Agencies, and Multinationals like PriceWaterhouseCoopers, United Nations Development Programmes(UNDP), International labour Organizaton(ILO), and Coca-Cola ellenic Bottling Company(CCHBC). Johnson received his B.Sc. with a Second Class Upper Division from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria; M.Sc. Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom; and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has attended scores of short-term courses all over the world particularly in the areas of Human Capital Development, Management, Business, and Project Management. Johnson is RIPA (Royal Institute of Public Administration) United Kingdom; and NTL (National Training Laboratories) United States of America certificated in training, human interaction laboratory, and consulting. He is also certified in Targeted Selection (Recruitment), Change Management, Project Management, COBRA and Situational Leadership. An accredited Management Trainer by the Nigerian Council for Management Development (NCMD), he served as Chairman of Training & Special Programmes Committee, as well as a member of Education Committee of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). He is a validated British Council Core Skills Trainer.
Johnson is an ordained volunteer Pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He is happily married with children.
