Nkemdilim is a master’s degree holder from the University of Lagos with over 19 years generalist and specialist experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development. She managed the Franklin Covey and ReStraL training business units of ReStraL Limited where she was responsible for the design, development and delivery of the firm’s training programmes as well as managing client relations. She is also certified to facilitate most of the Franklin Covey offerings including the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, The Speed of Trust; Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results; and the Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens programmes. She has also designed, developed, and delivered several programmes such as Workplace Etiquette Skills, Effective Communication Skills, Competency Based Interviewing Skills, Business Writing and Presentation skills and Personal Excellence Programme to mention a few. Prior to joining ReStraL, Nkem worked in the ICT industry as a human resources generalist engaging in various HR projects that involved change management, organizational re-engineering, performance management; and process evaluation and re-modelling. A passionate facilitator and public speaker, Nkem volunteers her time teaching youth personal leadership and effectiveness through the AFARA Foundation and Impact Academy respectively. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management; Association for Talent Development; Learning and Development Network International and has attended several training programmes locally and internationally. She is also an alumnus of the Cherie Blair Foundation for women and currently a mentor on the programme. She currently manages and runs her own firm which specializes in talent development and was the managing partner of BROLaD Limited an indigenous Human Resources Firm offering services in Business Process Management, Recruitment and Outsourcing as well Learning and Development.
